Today I'm not just sharing part of my story. I'm speaking to those of you who feel that deep stirring in your heart, that sense that there's more that God has for you. Maybe you've been feeling like your voice is silenced or you've stepped out a little but know you're called to something bigger. Today we're diving into what it looks like to unlock your roar and step boldly into your calling. I want to share a little part of my story because I know that some of you might be able to relate. For a long time I felt like I didn't have a voice, like the impact I could make didn't matter, especially when I worked in the corporate world of healthcare. It was so easy to stay silent, to just blend in, but deep down I knew I was called to something greater, something bolder. I felt God prompting me to be like an Esther in that space, especially back in 2020 and 2021. Lives were literally at stake and I had to step in to confront the lies, to speak truth. But it wasn't easy. Maybe you've been there feeling the fear and uncertainty about whether you can step into what you're called to do. I'm here to tell you you can. I didn't know I could either until I took that step and once I did, god gave me the boldness and the words to keep going. I also know that feeling of hesitation, of being the least likely to launch something big, but on 3-3-2-3, I launched this very podcast. I'm not the person who people would ever think could start a podcast, but God didn't call me to fit in with what others expected. Can I get an amen? He called me to release my sound, to speak boldly in the ways he's prepared for me, and if you're listening, I believe he's calling you too.

I know many of you listening feel that nudge in your spirit. You know there's more for you. You've already taken steps of faith, or maybe you're just on the edge, feeling like you're not fully walking in the boldness God has placed inside of you. You're sensing that your voice is needed for such a time as this, but fear, doubt or uncertainty might be holding you back. Maybe you feel like you don't have the full picture yet. Well, guess what None of us do. But that's not what God asks of us. He asks us to say yes in faith, and the moment we do, he equips us. I've walked this out and I've seen the transformation of my life, but, more importantly, I've seen it in the lives of the many women I've coached. I want you to picture something for a moment. Imagine yourself standing in front of a room, speaking with boldness, using your voice with authority, knowing you are walking in the fullness of your calling. How does that feel? Imagine how freeing it would be to no longer doubt your voice, to no longer hold back. That can be a reality, but it takes stepping out. That's why I've created yesters yes, I said yesters Voices to be reckoned with.

My next group coaching experience is specifically designed for women like you, women who feel that stirring but need a safe, empowering space to fully unlock their boldness.
